Tibumana Waterfall is one of Bali’s most beautiful hidden waterfalls, located in Apuan Village, Bangli Regency, about 30–40 minutes from Ubud. Known for its elegant single-drop cascade and peaceful jungle surroundings, Tibumana offers visitors a tranquil nature escape away from the island’s busiest tourist crowds. Unlike some of Bali’s powerful multi-tier waterfalls, Tibumana features a smooth, curtain-like stream of water falling gracefully from a height of approximately 20 meters into a wide natural pool below. The symmetrical shape of the waterfall creates a very photogenic scene, often described as one of the most “perfect” waterfall compositions in Bali. Surrounded by lush tropical forest, moss-covered rocks, and the gentle sound of flowing water, the atmosphere here feels peaceful and refreshing.

Reaching Tibumana Waterfall is fairly easy compared to many other jungle waterfalls in Bali. From the parking area, visitors follow a well-maintained path and descend a short series of steps for about 10–15 minutes. The trek is considered easy and suitable for most fitness levels, including families and casual travelers. Along the way, you’ll pass small bamboo bridges, tropical plants, and scenic river views that add to the overall experience.

One of the main attractions at Tibumana is swimming in the natural pool. The water is usually calm and clear, making it ideal for a refreshing dip. Many visitors enjoy standing directly in front of the waterfall for photos or simply relaxing in the cool water. However, as with any natural site, visitors should remain cautious after heavy rain when water flow can become stronger.

The site is relatively well organized with basic visitor facilities available near the entrance. You will typically find toilets, changing rooms, and small local warungs selling drinks and light snacks.
